Danica Mandarano

Enrollment & Operations Specialist

Danica Mandarano is the Enrollment & Operations Specialist for the University of Florida’s Jacksonville Campus. In her role, she supports the full admissions and student engagement lifecycle, ensures daily campus operations run smoothly, and evaluates recruitment data and operational metrics. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of Student Engagement with UF’s Heavener School of Business, where she planned large-scale events, developed curriculum, and advised experiential learning programs to support students’ competency development. Throughout her 10+ years in higher education, Danica has worked in a variety of functional areas, including admissions, academic advising, housing and residence life, and student development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and her master’s degree from the University of Florida.
