Kathryn Pearce

Assistant Director of Operations

Kathryn Pearce is the Assistant Director of Operations for the University of Florida’s Jacksonville Campus. In her role, she is laying the groundwork for student services and operations at the new site, guiding prospective students through recruitment and admissions, and fostering strong connections between students, academic programs, and university partners. Previously, she served as Associate Director of Academic Support Services in UF’s Warrington College of Business, where she oversaw graduate enrollment management, faculty review processes, and reporting of survey and rankings data. A University of Florida graduate with more than 15 years of higher ed experience, she holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, with a focus in Higher Education Administration.
